DHL Express has partnered with Pick Network to expand its service point locker network in Singapore, the company has announced.
The firm said the deal will allow its customers to collect their parcels from approximately 1,000 extra lockers near their homes, bringing its service point network in the country to almost 1,500 points in total.
DHL Express’ expanded service point network adds to the existing four DHL Express service centres in Singapore. It will complement its doorstep delivery services, offering additional parcel collection options.
New Soon Tee, CEO for Pick Network, says, “DHL Express Singapore is the first international courier to adopt Pick’s full locker network. With an average distance of 113m from any HDB block to a Pick locker, we hope to bring greater convenience to DHL customers.”

Pick Network is a subsidiary of the Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore (IMDA). Its network of lockers are used to connect e-commerce marketplaces, merchants and logistics service providers.
Since February 2023, DHL Express customers have been able to select “locker pick up” as one of six delivery options via DHL Express’ On-Demand Delivery (ODD) online portal when they sign up for “Receiver Registration”. By doing so, all future deliveries are made directly to a locker in their preferred location for collection.
In March, DHL Express also launched a pilot trial in Choa Chu Kang, in March, to redirect all unsuccessful doorstep delivery attempts to nearby Pick lockers. This aims to give customers greater flexibility to collect their parcels whilst removing the need to reschedule delivery.
Christopher Ong, Managing Director for DHL Express Singapore, added, “We are always looking at improving the customer experience for our customers, and this partnership with Pick Network allows us to do that through increased customer touchpoints. We are also looking at all ways to greening our last-mile deliveries, and this move to consolidate deliveries at a single service point will contribute to our ongoing efforts to drive greater and longer-term sustainability as well.”
