Samsung Electronics has expanded its B2B online stores into 30 countries with the opening of its latest store in Germany, the company has announced.

It comes less than two years after Samsung Electronics first launched its B2B online store, in October 2021, in Australia, France, Türkey, the U.K. and the U.S.

“The key elements to the remarkable expansion of B2B online stores are open accessibility, simple purchase process, and a variety of payment methods specialized for SMBs,” said Daniel Kang, Executive Vice President and Head of the D2C Centre at Samsung Electronics.

Samsung’s B2B online store targets small to medium business companies by offering tools and features such as installments and invoice payments. It offers a range of items from TVs, monitors, air conditioners and refrigerators to mobile products such as laptops, tablets and mobile phones. According to the firm, additional benefits for the customer include corporate-only promotions, discounts and technical support.

“As we see the growth potential in the online B2B business globally, Samsung will continue to expand and develop services to provide practical benefits and support for our SMB customers,” Kang added.
