Fintech company Geidea and Giift, a specialist in loyalty and rewards technology have partnered to offer an integrated digital solution to merchants in Egypt, combining a loyalty program with a widely accessible payment platform.
Through the partnership, Geidea will integrate Giift’s Loyalty Business Management System (LBMS) and Giift Merchant Rewards platform (GiiftBox) to offer comprehensive loyalty programs to its network of merchants.
The firms said they are aiming to empower merchants with a B2B2C loyalty platform so they can more seamlessly create, manage, and distribute engaging customised offers to their customer base. GiiftMarketplace will be incorporated into Geidea’s platform, providing customers with a range of redemption options, including Geidea bill payment and top-up services.
Additionally, there are plans for the partnership to extend beyond Egypt by leveraging the solution in other Middle Eastern markets, such as the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
