DoorDash and Chegg have teamed up to offer students on-demand delivery from thousands of restaurants, convenience and grocery stores, and other local and national retailers across the U.S.

It is part of a new partnership between DoorDash and the learning platform that will see US Chegg Study Pack subscribers gain a free DashPass Student membership, the companies announced.

With a DashPass Student membership, members will have access access to unlimited $0 delivery fees and reduced service fees on eligible orders as well as 5% DoorDash credits back on every eligible Pickup order, a statement said. Also included are members-only promotions and DashPass exclusive menu items.

Chegg Study Pack is a monthly subscription service offering learning support for students. DoorDash initially launched the DashPass Student membership in April 2022, and since then has seen that the back-to-school timeframe and finals week were among the most popular times to order for college students.

Rob Edell, GM & Head of Consumer Engagement at DoorDash said, “We are thrilled to partner with Chegg to empower students with the tools they need to manage their coursework and get everything they desire for school delivered on-demand.”

“Whether fueling up for a late night study session or stocking up on dorm essentials and supplies for the semester, Chegg Study Pack subscribers can now enjoy all the benefits of a DashPass Student membership for free and unlock convenient, affordable delivery from thousands of restaurants and retailers on DoorDash.”
