Alchemy Pay has launched its fiat-crypto on-ramp payment services on Bitcoin.com’s web portal.
Through Alchemy Pay On-Ramp, partners can enable users to purchase crypto directly with fiat currency via a variety of local and global fiat payment methods.
It can be useful for users who are new to the world of crypto and may not yet have any cryptocurrency holdings. By allowing users to purchase crypto directly with fiat currency, exchanges, DeFi protocols, Wallets and Web3 services can make it easier for new users to enter the crypto market and start investing in digital assets.
Alchemy Pay’s direct-to-customer plugin, which can be integrated and deployed by web3 apps and platforms, supports the purchase of a range of cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin.com’s rewards and utility token VERSE. Launched in December 2022, VERSE can be used to unlock rewards along tiers, as a method of payment in the Bitcoin.com ecosystem and to access exclusive platform services, among others.

Alchemy Pay: What is it?
Alchemy Pay’s payment gateway enables payments using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Diners Club across 173 countries, along with domestic transfers and mobile wallets in developing markets. It operates on a low fee basis designed to make buying and selling cryptocurrencies with local currencies as convenient as any typical online payment.
Alchemy Pay’s network incudes over 300 fiat payment channels, allowing its checkouts to go beyond card payments and tap into local mobile wallet options. Founded in Singapore in 2017, Alchemy Pay solutions include its On & Off-Ramp solution, NFT Checkout, and white label Crypto Cards for platforms.
