Deliveroo has announced an exclusive partnership with Al-Khaldiya Co-op, enabling customers to shop for groceries, food and consumer products from the co-op only on the Deliveroo app.
“We are excited to partner with Al-Khaldiya Co-op, a partnership that highlights our commitment to broadening our on-demand grocery offerings and to catering to evolving customer demands,” Hussain Al Kadi, the Head of Sales & Business Development at Deliveroo Kuwait said.
To shop at Al-Khaldiya Co-op through Deliveroo, customers can search for Al-Khaldiya Co-op under the “Grocery” tab in the app.
Deliveroo is headquartered in London, with operations across 10 markets, including Belgium, France, Hong Kong, Italy, Ireland, Qatar, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and the United Kingdom.
As part of its expansion plans it has started a range of new initiatives in the last twelve months. In December, it announced a unique collaboration with Amazon University Esports, which aims to bridge the gap between esports and education.
It also recently took a major step into online retail with the launch of a new in-app shopping section to exist alongside its restaurant food and grocery offering.
